Thank you for your interest in working for Union Street Towing. In order to ensure that your application will not be overlooked the following must be completed

1. Driver Applicants Only

• You must complete the work history for the past 10 years.
• A copy of your 7 year MVR.
• A copy of your current Maine driver's license.
• A copy of your current DOT Physical Card if you have one.

2. Office Applicants Only:

• Completed application with references.
• A copy of your current driver's license.

When your application is completed you will turn it back in at 27 Perkins Street, Bangor Maine.
